## How to read this document

Each process has a stable ID (e.g. `CAT-02`), published as `ORPR-CAT-02`, and a page at `https://orpr.dev/pl/proces/{ID}` (or `/en/`). Process names follow a "From X to Y" convention describing the transformation the process performs. The operating-model profile states, for the six business models from independent store (T5) to owned chain (T1), whether the process is present, optional, or absent.

## Operating models

Six types of retail business, ordered from the simplest to the most integrated. Every process is profiled against all six.

### T5 — Independent store (Sklep niezależny)

One owner, one point of sale. Buying, pricing and staffing decisions are all taken locally.
